A new ms macro package has been installed with three new .SE instructions: .SE QLS, .SE FLS and .SE TLS can be used to set the line spacing independently in the quote, footnote and table "environments". Tagged paragraphs have been improved, in that .TP and .TG can now enclose other paragraphs. In particular, it is now possible to do paragraphs with a label on the left and a tag on the right (handy for taxonomic keys, lists of illustrations, etc.).
