The news system has been altered slightly to take advantage of the new
-g option to uux, giving news a lower priority than mail. News is
getting priority 'c'; Mark Horton's original publication of the
priority fixes suggested 'd', and that's what I intended, but I goofed.
The difference isn't important enough to fix right now, since in
practice the only priorities are 'A' (mail), 'c' (news), and 'n' (uucp
file transfers).
