After some work by Wern on its power supplies (again, sigh), Star Ring is now back on the system.

Star Ring is back on the system. To my amazement, it actually wasn't
very hard to get the Unibus cable through the crush in the cpu-box
cable slot. Now, if only the system behaves itself...
