Installed, tentatively, a fix for a problem in the news-expiry system.
When an article is posted to more than one news group, the expiry
system basically doesn't notice anything but the first news group.
The result is that the file isn't in all the proper archive directories,
and worse, it doesn't get unlinked from all the directories in the
active-news tree. So multiple-group articles never completely leave
the active area. We're going to have to sweep it for old articles
at some point, as this fix won't pick up files already hit by the bug.
