New command, of some use to folks who want to engage in private
correspondence:  cypher(1) is intended for encrypting mail.  Mail
fed through it remains mailable via standard Unix mailers (unlike
mail fed through crypt(1)).  Of course, the folks on the other end
have to have cypher(1) as well.
