Fixed du(1) to use getopt(3) for its option cracking and, as a side
effect thereof, to produce much more reasonable messages in the event
of usage errors.  Problem reported by Laura.

Fixed a minor accounting inequity:  multiply-linked files were billed to
whichever link was encountered first.  Added a -e option to du(1) to
"split the size" of a multi-linked file evenly over its links, and fixed
diskacct(8) to use it.
