[hacknews] minor fix to readnews

Fixed readnews(1) (invoked by news(1)) so that the 's' subcommand
puts a sensible rather than meaningless date in the postmark it
prepends when saving an article.  The date I used was the date of
the save, rather than any of the dates imbedded within the article.
