The following instruction pairs are now checked for matching: .AB and .AE,
.RS and .RE, .QS and .QE . The last two generate only warnings since it can
be legitimate for them to be unmatched and/or nested. The program also now
warns if a heading instruction is not followed by a paragraph or other heading
within 3 lines and for .BP at the beginning of a file. The messages produced
by checkms now include the filename, which makes it practical to run several
files at once.
