The who's-doing-backups-this-Friday software has been improved (again),
this time so that it copes better with the possibility that the system
might be down at the time it's scheduled to be run. (This is kind of
a kludge -- there ought to be some centralized facility to handle this
function -- but it'll do for now.) Also, it's now documented; see
whoweekly(8).
