Fixed a humiliating bug in getty(8): it was ignoring SIGTERM, so as
to be consistent with the conventions used by shutdown(1), but wasn't
resetting the signal properly before it execed login. The result was
that practically everything on the system was ignoring SIGTERM. Blush.
This is why we've had to use "kill -9" so frequently of late...
Note that this takes effect only on logins after the getty change.
