I have changed the expand program used by crabs(1) to use getopt(3) and
to accept commas as delimiters between the items in the list following
the "-e" option. These changes were made to support some other work I'm
doing with crabs. The only other visible change in behaviour is the loss
of an option to append to the output file ("-oa" option), but I don't see
this as a great loss (it wasn't used by crabs).
