The sense of the line to utas1 has been reversed: there is now a login
at the utas1 end and none on this end, so we can use it to connect to
utas1 but they can't use it to connect here. It's at 1200 baud at the
moment, due to the limitations of the utas1 getty(8).
Uucp is set up for hourly polling of utas1. Talk(1) has been augmented
to interpret "talk utas1" properly.
