[hacknews] directory-scan routines installed

Installed Geoff Collyer's bugs-fixed version of the Berkeley "ndir"
library, providing high-level (well, medium-level, maybe) primitives
for scanning directories.  Strongly recommended for use in any program
that scans a directory.  See directory(3).
