[hacknews] anova and avprt added to "S"

Two new functions have been added to "S".  They are "anova" and "avprt".
The first does a simple ANOVA on a matrix, reporting row and column effects.
The second is used to print the result of the ANOVA.  For more information,
use the help facility in "S" (i.e. help("anova") or help("avprt") ).
