Department of Petty Cleanups: I did a bit of rearranging on our ports
to make our local terminal numbering slightly more uniform. The
convention that 336 terminals have numbers ending in "3" is now more
uniformly followed: public terminal #4 is now tty43, and the standup
terminal in the machine room is now tty03. The one minor side effect
this had is that the 507 line has changed from tty03 to tty02; the
control file for talk(1) has been adjusted to match.
