As the first preliminary move towards making terminal paging the default
for everyone -- a long-term goal -- all users who don't have "setpage" or
the equivalent in their .profile have now had "stty -page" added to their
.profile, and newuser(1) has been adjusted to add this to all new .profiles
as they are created. So right at this instant, everybody's .profile is
making an explicit choice, and getty(8)'s default can be changed without
altering the behavior of anybody's account.
