Running another new kernel. This one has the bug in paging-mode line
wraparound fixed, and also has a "software jumper" for the dialer line.
(The implementation of the last is an awful kludge, but it will do for
the moment.)
Mods to getty(8) to set paging by default, and to stty(1) to make it
easier to set a "reasonable" set of paging parameters, are imminent.
