Preserve(1), part of the crash-recovery subsystem of the editor, has
moved from /bin to /lib, since it is never invoked directly by users.

Fixed a minor bug in preserve(1), found long ago by the UTCS folks in
the course of PWB (!) conversion:  the returned value of getpwuid()
wasn't being checked.

The whole crash-recovery system remains, to quote Dennis Ritchie out
of context, "a botch and a blemish"; it needs reimplementing.
