[net.math] looking for parametric linear programming routine

I am looking for a routine in fortran77 which is capable of doing
parametric linear programs on Vax 11/780 under unix operating system.

I know of IMSL routine ZX3LP, but it is not for parametric linear 
programs. ( In fact, I tried to right my own code based on this
one but I couldn't figer out the optimal basis and other important stuff
from the working arrays ).

Could anyone out there let me know where I can get such a routine.
