The nroff terminal tables for the LaserJet have been touched up to make
tbl's boxed tables come out nicely. Specifically, the definitions of
underrule and box rule, the characters tbl uses to draw boxes, have been
fiddled to make things work properly. Tbl actually *ought* to be using
baseline rule rather than underrule, but I hadn't the courage to try
fixing this just now...
