[hacknews] `ms' macros change

I have installed a change to the `ms' macros that I hope will fix nroff's
habit of infinite looping on an open diversion at end-of-file.  The end
macro now checks for an open diversion and if it finds one closes it,
complains and exits.  The error message is not the best, but it's hard to be
more specific.

	``If you want better error messages, use checkms.''
