The new Racal-Vadic 2400PA has come and is installed on 5121; 3451PA #2
has been bumped to 2581, so we're now all-1200 again on the hunt group.
The 5121 speed sequence is now 2400-1200-300. The new modem has been
tested at 1200 and 300, and works fine; we have no easy way to test it
at 2400 yet.
I've added "2400" to talk(1)'s table of connection names. Also, since
we now have an autodialer on 2581 again, I've put "1200a" and "300a"
back so one can get at the alternate autodialer.
