[hacknews] new kernel

Now running (at last!) on a new kernel, with the lingering bugs in
dialin/dialout fixed.  This time it worked.  This kernel also contains
some minor optimizations, and a somewhat-revised prf driver which is
ready to use the programmable clock (although it has not yet actually
been told to do so).
