Npr(1) is a simple shell script to send nroff(1) output to the new NEC 
spinwriter printer.

Npr(1) now takes a `-nl' option which it passes on to stty(1) to
map linefeed to CR-LF.  Arguably this should be the default, but
ended up this way for historical reasons.
