When using a hard copy terminal or one without clear screen capability, the menu(1) "-c" option to suppress clearing of the screen for each menu was not working properly. Menu(1) was looking for a clear screen string whether or not "-c" was indicated and exiting when the string could not be found. This has been fixed.
