Several of the internal tables of ld(1) have been enlarged to accomodate
the new `S'.

Ld(1) now uses standard header files (code from Geoff Collyer).  This is
step 1 in delinting ld(1), all aimed toward getting the new S running (the
lengths we have to go to sometimes!).

Rebuilt ld(1) to incorporate some delinting and cleanup originally done
by David.  This is in preparation for updating it to System V.

Ld(1) has been improved not to return a non-zero exit status on undefined
symbols when the -r option is present.  This turns out to be the only
improvement of real value present in the System V ld(1), apart from a
couple of options of such marginal value that they aren't worth the work.
