Detectives Laura and Geoff having found the elusive problem with our C library,
I made the array `map' in itosp.c static, recompiled it and replaced itosp.o
in the archive.  Hope this fixes the problem.

Updated a bunch of the C-library long-arithmetic functions (e.g. long-int
division) and added some more that will be relevant to the SysV compiler.
In particular, csv.o has been updated to include the "csav" routine that
the slightly-revised C calling sequence needs.  None of these changes
should be visible at all, except that a few extreme cases of arithmetic
will no longer give wrong answers (!).
