Installed the local re-implementation of the V8 regexp(3) regular-expression
package, as submitted to mod.sources.  See regexp(3) for details.

How embarrassing.  A fellow at CSRI finds a bug in regexp(3), I work out
the fix, put it into the sources, test it, post it to the net, and then
forget to put the fixed version into our own C library!  Sheesh.  Fixed.
