The various special-purpose logins like "status" have been overhauled to
centralize handling of their shutdown processing; now they all print the
date and pause for a consistent amount of time. On a whim, they now also
produce a countdown during the pause rather than just sitting silent.
I've also moved their home, /usr/lib/logins, to /lib/logins, in keeping
with the policy of using the root filesystem for vital operating software.
Finally, I've added a new one: psr. The 'r' stands for "real"; psr does
a "ps -ax" and filters the result to eliminate idle gettys, making it easier
to look at what's really going on.
