Sounds like it could have been Dietous intervention. Consult your local God on the subject. As for unlimited mob in ships, never heard of it, but it sure would be nice!

Infinite mobility is possible, sort of. I had a aircraft carrier that seemed to have normal mobility, it ran out of gas after so many moves, but if it had any gas at all, even 1 unit, I could launch every plane I had and fly them forever. I don't know what caused this, and I have never had the chance to tery to recreate it, but it sure was nice untill it sunk. murray at intelqa
