[net.games.emp] Distribution Information Clarification

When I said that the information concerning obtaining an Empire
distribution should not be made public, what I meant (and should
have said outright) was that the machine to which to mail to
Peter Langston does not want its identity blasted over the net.
I did *NOT* mean to say that net.games.emp should not exist; on
the contrary, it is a BIG benefit to all Empire players!
