To get a copy of Empire do the following:
1) Write 1,000 times on a large piece of paper:
"It's just a game and I promise not to take it too seriously"
2) Write 2,000 times on an even larger piece of paper:
"In any case I won't blame Peter when a bug turns my capital into
a weather station just when I'm about to launch a massive
	counter-attack against my ex-best-friend."
3) Have one copy of (2) notarized and send it with a Stamped, Self-Addressed
	Tape to:
		Peter Langston
		Davis Polk & Wardwell
		1 Chase Manhattan Plaza
		NYC, NY 10005
Mention preferences as to: tape density (800/1600), format (tar/tp),
machine type (pdp11 or 4.1BSD VAX).
4) Wait (but keep breathing).

With regard to superusers getting in and screwing around with the
world, couldn't the database be encrypted so that the deity alone
can modify it, even if the su logs in as the deity? Of course this
doesn't prevent the deity from cheating, but at least the systems
people could play without everyone getting nervous.

Also, any chance of getting a copy, either executable, source, or
even just documentation (i.e. rulebook)?
