Here at the University of Oklahoma the Empire game was removed from the
grasp of the users about three years ago. Many of the things that I saw
while reading through notes was that the game has changed considerably since
I played it. I'm posting this note to see if anyone would be kind enough
to some how get me a copy of the new users manual for the current version
of the game. (Even though it's gone, it still lives in our hearts)
Well I was just wanting to keep up with the latest developments in
the game, ie. the new users manual. If it is to much trouble just drop
it, but I would be glad to pay postage, copy costs etc. or if anyone could
net mail me a copy I would greatly appreciate it.

it in net.sources, since that has been locked up from the
general public.
