Several people at our site have found a bug in the latest repeat of
Empire, one taht removes much of the challenge from the game. It
appears that by delivering civilians out of an urban center causes
your population to grow by some as of yet undetermined amount. To
prove/check this, try the following:
set up two urban centers with a road between them.
deliver the civilians from both urban sectors onto
the road and perhaps pipe them back into
one of the urban centers or shuttle them
off the be counted somewhere.
update a few times and check your population count
between updates.
In the early >hours< of a game here, one player upped his population
from 254 to 1.7K by this method.
Now, the key part: Does Anyone Have a Fix for this BUG? Or, lacking
a fix for it, does anyone know how to contact psl to get a fix?
Lacking that, has anyone else run into it, or do I have a flaky
copy?
