If some ARPA site gets the PSL distribution tape would it be possible
for them to make the files accessable via anonymous FTP?

(Sorry if this article appears twice -- I screwed up with postnews the
first time I tried.  Also, I probably won't be able to read my mail
for the next couple of weeks)
