Here is the Empire Bug for September:
	If you run out of time (60 mins, or 120 mins, whatever
	your system has it set at), simply leave your country
	logged in for more than 256 minutes.  This will loop
	your time back around to 0 minutes used.

	Applicable to all version before Mar 3, 1983.
