[net.games.emp] Is this a Bug or a Feature?

	As the subject line says, is this a bug or a feature.


		Every so often when I do an update I get a message
		that goes something like this:

			84844 units of food delivered between .....


		Now this can't be a true amount. If it is, why can't
		I find it on my census.

			Please mail all responses.
