I would suggest that all discussion (or lack thereof) regarding the
formation of a net.apathy group take place in net.procrastination.

Sounds like an overwhelming response (all votes not cast are Yes votes...),
so as the next president of the Procrastination Association (I'll be the
pres. as soon as I get around to running...), I'll create the net.apathy
as soon as I get around to it.

I've received too many replies to my suggestion to net.apathy to warrant
creation of this group.

Due to too much interest, net.apathy WILL NOT be created.  I bet you
don't care, either.
