It may be of note to some that the new Pay-TV stations showing up in my area next month are advertising that they are in stereo. I assume there will be stereo audio outupt jacks on the decoder that plug into your home stereo equipment. VCRs with stereo and Pay-TV with it. I wonder when we will start getting stereo TV?

Most likely the stereo will come from your tuner listening in the FM band. The company wilDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD(If it is on a cable system.) The company will most likely charge you extra for the tuner hookup. In response to a previous gDquestion, Showtime and HBO run about $10-$13 per month typically in my area. Having watched the local cable company juggle the rates, it seems more like "what the traffic will bear."
