[net.video] Betamax case goes to Supreme Court

I just read in Video News that the Betamax case
(where Disney Productions sued Sony in 1976 for
"promoting" illegal copying of copyrighted material
by selling videotape recorders)
is going to the U.S. Supreme Court on January 18.

I'm sure people who subscribe to this newsgroup
will be interested in following it.
