I need to find some good books which describe algorithms for multiple precision fixed point multiply and divide techniques. I'd also like some general review of computer oriented numeric methods (i.e. common ways to do sin, cos, log, etc...) Please send mail to me as I'm not a regular net.math type dude. Also, if there is a better news group, please send a flame. Thanks for any pointers, leads or references...
