I've said it before and I'll say it again: Head cleaning "tapes" are BAD news. Do NOT use ANY of them. ONLY clean your VTR tape heads when evidence of oxide clogging (such as a "noisy" picture) appears. When cleaning is necessary, it should be done manually with cotton swabs (or even better, with data product cleaning swabs) and isopropyl alcohol. Be sure NEVER to rub the swab at any angle other than in a direct line with the head tape gaps. Treat those heads GENTLY! --Lauren--
