[.] You may well be right. However, when they sell you something in an unopened box for minimum $$, how can you complain? This is a high volume store, par exellance. You do not go there to ask questions about anything but -how much is this one? THey have lots of specials that come and go over a period of a few hours at best. I had to fight my way to a salesman and it took me about 3/4 hour to get oriented and do that. If something goes wrong, I send it to warranty service, just like mail order. The difference in my case was: they had the merchandise, the mail order houses didn't. Even Sony Cust Relations allowed that the SL-2700 was in very short supply, with many "back-orders."
