Before I start to FLAME, I would like to thank the 2 people who responded to my question regarding "Which Brand VCR is the Best". ******* FLAME ON ***** To all those who responded and said I didn't know what I was talking about because I said *VCR* instead of *VHS*, excuse me for living!!! Didn't you people ever make a mistake? I know the two formats are Beta and VHS, but my fingers decided to type VCR. I bet you people sit there waiting for someone to make a mistake so you can get on their case, hope it makes you feel good!!! ****** FLAME OFF ****** BTW, for those who are interested, one person suggested Quasar as being very good. I did go out looking this weekend, and talked to salesmen in different stores. They all said the same thing, all VCRs (VHS in particular) are basically the same because there are only a few manufacturers. I ended up with a Fischer model 720, because it had the most features for the money. I didn't mention it in my first article, but I was not looking to spend a fortune. Just wanted a VCR so I could tape some movies off the TV, or to watch rented ones. I got the Fischer on sale at Crazy Eddie's for $399.99. P.S. Trader Horns prices were cheaper than Druckers.
