Ok, I am all set, my TV is stereo ready, my VCR is stereo ready and of course my stereo is stereo ready. Now there is actually some stuff going to be broadcast in stereo and I don't have the "adapter." The question, how are the two channels mixed on to the one RCA plug on the back of the TV? Do they use FM ? If so what is the carrier frequency? Has some noise elimination been done and if so is it Dolby or dbx? Why is the zenith adapter they advertise to hook up to my VCR so expensive ? (The TV by the way is a Sony 1952RS that is stereo and cable ready, and the VCR is the Zenith 9000 that is also stereo/cable ready and I have a stereo amplifier that will allow the signal on the AUX in jack to be unDolbyized. ) Pointers appreciated ... --Chuck -- -- Chuck - - - D I S C L A I M E R - - - {ihnp4,fortune}!dual\ All opinions expressed herein are my {proper,idi}-> !intelca!cem own and not those of my employer, my {ucbvax,hao}!hplabs/ friends, or my avocado plant. :-} ARPAnet : "hplabs!intelca!cem"@Berkeley
