I have just started reading net.video and so have
only limited access to past articles. I realize
that this is probably an oft repeated question, but
could really use your help. If you had approx.
500 dollars and wanted a VCR, what would you buy?
Beta? VHS?. Our interest is in recording from a
tv during the week to watch when we have time.
Movies are a secondary interest. We should
probably plan on using cable hookups eventually.
