was copying from a VHS to a Beta machine. green color bars marred the image
about the middle of the screen. must be that the tapes are too old, thought I.
then yesterday, I was copying from a Beta to a VHS and had a blue and red color
bar appear near to top of the screen. since this is typically across somone's
face it's pretty hard to ignore.
is this color bar problem just a hazard of dubbing between VHS and Beta?
I have not had these problems when dubbing Beta to Beta. is there a resolution
or workaround?
