[net.video] Video monitors

	I am looking to buy a monitor that can be used for
	viewing T.V. using my tuner from my VCR.

	If anyonyone has any insight to under $800 monitors
	I would be very appreciative for the advice.

	I don't wan't it with a T.V. tuner due to redundacy
	(2 remote controls) and am looking for 19inch or
	larger screen.

	I will post information that I accumulate.
