[net.video] Holmdel Video Club

pjk@hou2a.UUCP (P.KEMP) (08/21/85)

Thank you, all of you, who "dropped me a line" about
my article concerning the AT&T Bell Labs Video Club
[you can stop now! :-)]. I have received responses
from all over the country (but none from Canada or
Europe yet!).

The latest response I have received is:

Postnews DID prompt me for a distribution, to which I
entered "ho" for AT&T Bell Labs Holmdel sites.

However, I have noticed from looking at the headers
of my own articles that the distribution line was
not present. That is why I included the "warning" at
the top of my article. I usually use a distribution of
"na" for most of my articles, but I guess they have
all been sent netwide.

The problem is probably the archaic version of netnews
that !hou2a uses (B 2.10 5/3/83).
[Are any Holmdel system administrators reading this?]

Fred mentioned that I could add a distribution line when
I edit my file. Can anyone instruct me as to exactly how
this is worded and placed [only one response per state
please! :-)].

I apologize for any inconvenience the article may have
caused.
