Anyone know who "makes" Emerson equipment? I mean on the lines of Hitachi "makes" RCA vcrs; Quasar, GE, Sylvania, and Panasonic are all Matsushita machines... Thanks, kevin@berkeley.edu

Rogersound Labs in S. Cal. had the Yamaha and the Emerson side by side, with popped tops, and they were identical. Only the facia had been changed to protect the inocent. --Kne
